Ingredients

  • My cup has a capacity of 250 ml.
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour.

  • 1/3 cup of oat milk.

  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil.

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar.

  • 1 level teaspoon of
    baking powder.

  • 0.5 teaspoons of
    ground cinnamon.

  • 1 medium-sized pear.

  • 3 tablespoons of
    natural honey.

  • 2 tablespoons of
    chopped walnuts.

Preparation

  • Preparing a pear tart.
  • I poured all the dry ingredients for the pastry (flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon) into the bowl.
  • I added milk and oil to the dry ingredients. I mixed everything first with a spoon and then kneaded it by hand.
  • When the pastry was uniform and no longer sticking to my hands, I rolled it out to a thickness of about 1 cm
  • I trimmed a round base for the pastry (using a dish as a measure for the baking).
  • I placed the cut piece of pastry into a ceramic dish with a diameter of 15 cm.
  • I peeled the pear, cut it in half, and sliced it into thin pieces.
  • I arranged slices of pear on the pastry, added 2 tablespoon of honey, and sprinkled 1 tablespoon of chopped nuts.
  • On top of the pastry, I arranged thin strips cut from rolled-out dough.
  • I placed the pastry in the oven for 45 minutes of baking.

Preparation

  • Preparing the pear with the addition of pastry.
  • I cut out the center from the peeled half of the pear for the filling.
  • I added a spoonful of honey and sprinkled a spoonful of chopped nuts inside the pear.
  • I placed thin strips of pastry over the pear.
  • I placed the pear in the oven for 45 minutes of baking.
