Ingredients
- My glass has a capacity of 250ml
2.5 cups of wheat flour (I used Dalachowska wheat flour
0.5 cup of dark cocoa
0.5 cup of sugar
1 level teaspoon of baking powder
1 level teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
3/4 cups of vegetable oil
100 grams of dark chocolate (I used 84% cocoa).
3 large ripe bananas.

Preparation
- I poured the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon into one bowl and mixed them.
- In a separate bowl, I chopped the peeled bananas and blended them until smooth.
- I added sugar to the bananas and blended everything until the sugar dissolved.
- Next, I added oil and mixed until the ingredients were combined.
- I gradually added the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, continually stirring gently with a spoon.
- I gently stirred the batter with a spoon for about 5 more minutes to aerate it.
- Towards the end of mixing, I added finely chopped chocolate to the batter and mixed everything well once again.
- I transferred the prepared batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- I placed the baking sheet with the cake in the preheated oven on the middle rack.
- I baked the cake for 60 minutes until a toothpick came out dry
- After baking, I removed the cake from the oven and let it cool. Additionally, I covered it with a dry kitchen towel
- After cooling, I dusted the cake with powdered sugar and sliced it for serving.
