Ingredients
- My glass holds 250 ml
2 glasses of coconut flakes
1 cup of corn flour
0.5 cup of canola oil
0.5 bar of chocolate (50 grams)
2 tablespoons of cocoa2 tablespoons of sugar
200ml of coconut milk
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Preparation
- Chop the chocolate very finely.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Shape flat cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Put them in the preheated oven
- After baking, remove from the oven and let cool.
